Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of the Product By purchasing from our store, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are buying digital, intangible, and instantly downloadable products (including but not limited to Music Packs, Edits, Mashups, Bundles, or Memberships).

2. Strict No-Refund Policy (Final Sales) Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of these goods, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances once the payment has been processed and the download links or access codes have been made available to you.

3. Proof of Delivery and Download Tracking Our store system automatically records data logs including, but not limited to, the buyer's IP address, email address, time of purchase, and the exact timestamp of the file download(s). This tracking data serves as irrefutable Proof of Delivery. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, this documentation will be submitted to the payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) or banking institution as definitive evidence that the product was successfully delivered and accessed.

4. Unauthorized Chargebacks & Fraud Filing a dispute or chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product constitutes breach of contract and fraudulent behavior. We reserve the right to report such activity to digital fraud networks and permanently ban the user's email and IP address from future purchases across our network.

5. License and Usage Terms The purchase of this content grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and professional DJ use (e.g., live performances and sets). Re-selling, sub-licensing, sharing, or distributing these digital files in any public or private repository is strictly prohibited.

6. Express Acceptance of Terms By completing your purchase and checking the mandatory agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety, willingly waiving any right to claim refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction.
